About the role

Green Tanner Industrial Construction LLC is looking for a BIM Engineer to lead the creation and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) deliverables for its construction and electrical projects. The role is full‑time and hybrid, based in Goodyear, Arizona, with the flexibility to work from home on selected days.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, review, and continuously update BIM models for civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure model integrity and clash detection.
• Provide technical support and resolve design‑related issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare accurate construction drawings and documentation derived from BIM models.
• Maintain compliance with company safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in BIM modeling and technical drawing for construction projects.
• Knowledge of MEP systems and basic architectural design principles.
• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Strong organizational, teamwork, and communication abilities.
