Influencer Marketing Manager – Luxury Beauty

About the role

Coty is seeking a Manager of Influencer Marketing & PR to lead US press and influencer initiatives for its Marc Jacobs Fragrance and Makeup portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Influencer Marketing/Public Relations, you will shape 360° campaigns that drive brand awareness, consideration, and demand across paid and earned channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute US influencer paid campaigns and unpaid activations across multiple social platforms.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the influencer landscape, monitor competitor partnerships, and share insights with leadership.
• Manage external agencies, create content briefs, negotiate contracts, and ensure executional excellence.
• Support planning and execution of local and global events, tastemaker partnerships, sponsorships, and in‑market activations.
• Oversee purchase order processes for timely payments to agencies, influencers, and vendors.
• Assist in crafting the US editorial strategy to secure earned media, product placements, and brand storytelling.
• Pitch brand news, innovations, trends, and seasonal angles to beauty editors and writers.
• Produce and distribute press materials such as releases, fact sheets, media alerts, and Q&A documents.
• Handle day‑to‑day press requests, including sample sends, image requests, and expert coordination.

Required profile

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
• Passionate social‑media consumer with deep interest in beauty, especially makeup and fragrance.
• Experience building relationships with creators, beauty editors, and VIPs.
• Prior experience with luxury makeup and fragrance brands is a strong plus.
