Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

About the role

Join the heart of our manufacturing plant as an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic. You will keep production lines running smoothly by diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of equipment while collaborating closely with production teams.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair production machinery, auxiliary equipment, and building systems.
• Perform preventive and routine maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic assets.
• Read and apply mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics, blueprints, and control diagrams.
• Document work orders, maintenance records, and safety inspections accurately.
• Partner with production to reduce downtime, support equipment changeovers, upgrades, and continuous‑improvement projects.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies on every task.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
• Exposure to hydraulic and pneumatic systems (preferred).
• Automotive maintenance experience is a plus.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Detail‑oriented, problem‑solver with a collaborative mindset.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
