Quality Engineer

About the role

SupplyCore is seeking a Quality Engineer to ensure compliance with AS9120B and ISO 9001 standards across its supply chain. The role involves auditing internal processes, reviewing contracts for quality requirements, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Execute internal audits according to the QMS schedule and maintain audit reporting.
• Perform solicitation and contract reviews to extract and document quality requirements in the E1 system.
• Process discrepancy reports, track trends, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Maintain the GIDEP recall system, qualified supplier listings, and joint certification programs.
• Support continuous improvement projects and travel to audit locations as needed (up to 15% travel).

Required profile

• Higher education or four years of QA experience; Green Belt preferred.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency.
• Self‑driven, proactive, and highly organized with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• AS9120B and ISO 9001 compliance knowledge.
• Internal audit execution and reporting.
• Experience with E1 system data entry.
• Discrepancy report processing and corrective‑action coordination.
• GIDEP recall system management.
• Qualified Supplier Listing and Joint Certification Program maintenance.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt methodology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
