About the role

Premier Roofing is a national storm‑restoration company that helps homeowners navigate insurance claims and restore damaged roofs, siding, and gutters. As an independent field sales representative you will meet homeowners in storm‑affected neighborhoods, assess damage, and guide them through the repair process.

Key responsibilities

• Canvass storm‑affected neighborhoods to locate damaged homes and introduce Premier Roofing services.
• Meet homeowners, inspect damage, and build trust to secure follow‑up conversations.
• Explain repair options and guide customers through the insurance claim process.
• Schedule inspections, coordinate with production teams, and follow projects through completion.
• Participate in weekly training and ongoing skill‑development sessions.

Required profile

• Coachable and eager to learn a new industry.
• Strong communication and persistence; comfortable handling rejection.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during storm season.
