Independent Sales Rep (1099) – Storm Restoration – $80K-$110K+

About the role

Premier Roofing is a national storm‑restoration company that helps homeowners navigate insurance claims and restore damaged roofs, siding, and gutters. As an Independent Sales Representative you will work directly in the field, meeting homeowners in storm‑affected neighborhoods, assessing damage, and guiding them through the insurance and restoration process.

Key responsibilities

• Canvass storm‑affected neighborhoods to identify property damage and introduce Premier’s services.
• Meet with homeowners, inspect damage, and build trust to secure follow‑up conversations.
• Educate homeowners on repair options and support them through the insurance claim process.
• Schedule inspections and coordinate with the production team from start to project completion.
• Participate in weekly training and ongoing skill‑development sessions.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Self‑motivated, accountable, and able to manage a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable working full‑time during peak storm season and adjusting hours in slower periods.
