Inbound Sales Representative – Remote

About the role

Liberty Mutual is looking for motivated individuals to join its Inside Sales team as Inbound Sales Representatives. This remote position focuses on handling inbound calls and warm leads, guiding potential and existing policyholders toward the right insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to warm leads generated by marketing efforts.
• Assess customers' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Convert qualified leads into policyholders while maintaining high service standards.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, flexible, and determined attitude.
• Ability to work independently from a home office.
• Residency in Minnesota or Louisiana.
• Willingness to obtain insurance licensing.
