Inbound Sales Development Representative – Remote

About the role

The Inbound Sales Development Representative will be the first point of contact for US businesses reaching out via ISHIR’s website. You will qualify leads, schedule discovery meetings with senior leadership, and ensure a smooth hand‑off and ongoing communication.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to new web leads within one business hour by email and phone.
• Conduct 15–30 minute introductory calls to uncover prospect needs, budget, timeline, and decision‑makers.
• Match prospect requirements to ISHIR services such as custom software, AI solutions, application modernization, or dedicated engineering teams.
• Schedule and coordinate discovery meetings with senior leadership, providing concise briefing notes.
• Maintain prospect contact after hand‑off, handling follow‑ups, document requests, and scheduling.
• Log all interactions in HubSpot and report weekly on lead metrics and quality trends.

Required profile

• 5+ years in inbound sales, SDR, BDR, or inside sales.
• Proven experience working with US‑based prospects and understanding US business communication norms.
• Background in selling IT services such as custom software development, staff augmentation, or digital transformation.
• Excellent spoken and written English with confidence leading discovery calls.
• Availability to work US Central Time business hours.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with HubSpot CRM (strongly preferred).
• Proficiency using AI‑assisted sales tools for research, email drafting, and note taking.
