In Seat Supervisor - Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion

About the role

Legends Global is hiring an In Seat Supervisor for its Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion outlet in Gilford. Working under the direction of the General Manager, the supervisor is responsible for the overall operation of the assigned premium outlet, providing leadership, direction and guidance to all frontline outlet staff while upholding company policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a friendly, positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times.
• Report for scheduled events on time and report to the assigned area promptly.
• Carry out opening and closing duties as directed by management.
• Ensure frontline staff complete their duties to the quality mandated by company standards.
• Resolve guest issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Keep supplies stocked to set par levels, keep work areas and outlets clean, and make sure staff behave professionally.
• Complete required paperwork efficiently and accurately.
• Lead in the dining room, bar and kitchens and work as a team with other service departments in the club and stadium.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job-specific safety training.

Required profile

• Restaurant experience required; orientation and on-the-job training are provided.
• At least 18 years old.
• Able to work varying hours according to the event schedule and at a fast pace.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Pleasant, courteous and enjoys working with people; able to stay calm under pressure and give positive guest service.
• Able to make generalizations, evaluations and decisions without immediate supervision, and to accept and carry out responsibility for directions as well as delegate and give direction.

Required skills

• POS experience preferred.
