Premium Supervisor - Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion

About the role

A Premium Supervisor is needed for the VIP stand at the Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion in Gilford. The role supervises and coordinates the activities of stand workers, oversees stand set-up and closing, keeps workstations clean and stocked, and ensures food preparation and alcohol policies meet the guidelines of Legends and the board of health.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate stand workers in the VIP area and oversee or take part in stand set-up and closing, including inventory counts, prep and cleaning.
• Keep workstations clean and well stocked, order replacement stock from runners and complete required paperwork accurately.
• Ensure staff follow alcohol policies and that food preparation meets Legends' and the board of health's guidelines.
• Be able to fill any position in the location if needed, and help count ending inventory, clean equipment and organise stock at closing.
• Work with the customer service department to improve service, input daily event sheets and reports, and do inventory at assigned locations.
• Handle area schedules, make changes, print and post them, and keep the work area clean, neat and safe.
• Provide personal service to guests, comply with service, inventory and cash control procedures, and work as a team with other service departments.
• Follow and encourage safety policies, report safety incidents through the company's risk management system, and complete safety training.

Required profile

• 2 to 4 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-end club, restaurant or catering location.
• High school diploma; some college preferred.
• Proactive, self-motivated, organised, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure and adapt quickly.
• Punctual, dependable, able to read and maintain information, perform simple math, and speak, read, write and understand English.
• Ability to walk long distances, stand for long periods, and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Meets state and local health requirements for food handlers and alcoholic beverage services.
