In-Home Senior Caregiver / CNA / HHA

About the role

Join BAYADA’s Assistive Care Division as a Home Health Aide (HHA) providing compassionate, in‑home support to seniors in Las Vegas. You will follow a nurse‑written care plan to help clients stay safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
• Provide household support including light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
• Prepare meals, feed clients, and offer medication reminders.
• Support mobility with transfers and use of mechanical lifting devices.
• Perform range‑of‑motion exercises and document care activities.

Required profile

• Minimum one‑year verifiable work experience or a CNA/LNA license or caregiver certificate.
• Willingness to be trained as a Home Health Aide if no prior experience.
• Passion for caregiving, empathy, patience, and respect for clients.
• Ability to travel to assigned client homes and maintain reliable attendance.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of personal care and household support tasks.
• Understanding of safety and infection‑control practices.
