In-Home Sales Representative – Uncapped Earnings

About the role

Join Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity company, as an In‑Home Sales Representative. You will visit homeowners, showcase premium window and bath solutions, and guide them through the renovation process while enjoying a compensation model with no earnings cap.

Key responsibilities

• Meet potential clients in their homes to present product offerings and services.
• Deliver accurate estimates, detailed documentation, and professional presentations.
• Maintain a high level of customer service to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Follow the sales process from initial contact through closing and post‑sale follow‑up.

Required profile

• Availability for evening and Saturday appointments (no Saturday evenings).
• Prior experience in In‑Home, Outside, or B2C sales preferred.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and comfortable working independently.

Required skills

• In‑Home sales experience or strong consumer sales background.
• Ability to present estimates clearly and persuasively.
• Goal‑driven mindset with a focus on achieving revenue objectives.
