In-Home Sales Representative

About the role

Join Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity company, as an In-Home Sales Representative. You will meet homeowners at their residences, showcase renovation solutions, and guide them through the purchasing process.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled, pre‑qualified appointments in customers' homes.
• Deliver product presentations, provide accurate estimates, and complete required documentation.
• Maintain a high level of customer service to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Required profile

• Availability to work evening appointments and Saturdays (no Saturday evenings).
• Proven experience in in‑home, outside, or B2C sales preferred.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to meet performance goals.
• Willingness to attend a one‑time training session in Madison, WI.
