In-Home Physical Therapist (Part-Time)

About the role

AdvisaCare is urgently hiring licensed Physical Therapists for in-home positions across Oakland, Macomb and Wayne counties. You will work one-on-one with clients in their own homes to help them move better, recover stronger and get back to the activities they love. The role suits both new graduates and experienced therapists and offers a flexible schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to client homes and deliver personalized physical therapy sessions
• Assess movement, strength and mobility challenges and build plans tailored to real life
• Teach exercises, functional techniques and modifications to reduce pain and improve daily living
• Motivate and guide clients through recovery at their own pace
• Communicate with families and other healthcare team members to keep progress on track

Required profile

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Michigan, or graduating soon
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits
• Experience in a home health setting is a plus but not required
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Great communication skills and a friendly, compassionate approach to patients and families
