In-Home Caregiver & CNA Opportunities

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Direct Support Professionals, Caregivers, Personal Care Aides, Home Health Aides and Certified Nurse Assistants to provide compassionate, one‑on‑one support to clients in Springfield, MO and surrounding areas. You will assist clients with daily living activities while enjoying flexible scheduling and weekly pay.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and nail care.
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry and bed making.
• Support mobility through ambulation, transfers and use of mechanical lifting devices.
• Monitor vital signs, provide oral feeding assistance and help with medication reminders.
• Engage clients in range‑of‑motion exercises and other therapeutic activities.

What we offer

• Weekly pay at $16.00/hr for DSP/PCA/HHA/Caregiver and $17.00/hr for active MO CNA.
