Implementation Manager

About the role

RIVET is looking for an Implementation Manager to lead the onboarding of construction companies onto its labor‑management platform. You will guide new customers from kickoff through training and go‑live, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy tools.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end onboarding, keeping implementations on schedule and within defined timelines.
• Conduct training sessions for superintendents, project managers and operations leaders during the first 90 days.
• Document all interactions and progress in HubSpot and collaborate with Account Management for seamless handoffs.
• Identify bottlenecks, propose improvements and help evolve onboarding playbooks.

Required profile

• Hands‑on construction experience (project manager, superintendent, foreman or similar) with direct MEP trade background.
• At least 3 years in customer success, implementation or construction operations leadership.
• Strong project‑management instincts and ability to manage multi‑stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent communication, de‑escalation and teaching abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HubSpot (or similar CRM) for tracking and documentation.
• Technical aptitude to quickly learn and become a subject‑matter expert on the RIVET platform.
