Implementation Engineer

About the role

Roboflow is looking for Implementation Engineers to partner with sales and solutions architects, driving new customer wins and ensuring successful deployment of computer‑vision solutions. You will work closely with customers, engineering, and product teams to deliver tailored implementations and foster long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of customized computer‑vision solutions, including project planning, deployment, and post‑deployment support.
• Collaborate with Sales and Solutions Architects to ensure a seamless customer journey and create implementation roadmaps.
• Develop technical content such as sample apps, documentation, and videos to demonstrate best practices.
• Analyze customer image data, answer business questions, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Test new product features with a focus on customer value and contribute reusable artifacts for future projects.

Required profile

• Solution‑oriented mindset with strong customer‑facing instincts.
• Technical generalist comfortable working across multiple industries and problem domains.
• Proven project‑management experience delivering on timelines and commitments.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Required skills

• Python programming, including custom Colab notebooks.
• Computer‑vision frameworks such as OpenCV, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Experience with APIs and data‑processing pipelines.
• Familiarity with machine‑learning development lifecycle.
