Immediate Openings for In‑Home Aide / PCA / CNA

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Direct Support Professionals, Caregivers, Personal Care Aides, Home Health Aides and Certified Nurse Assistants to provide compassionate, one‑on‑one support to clients in Fulton, MO and surrounding areas. Positions are available part‑time up to full‑time with flexible scheduling and weekly pay.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and nail care.
• Provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry and bed making.
• Support mobility through transfers, ambulation assistance and use of mechanical lifting devices.
• Perform vital sign checks, oral feeding assistance and medication assistance.
• Conduct range‑of‑motion exercises and monitor client health status.

Required profile

• Active Missouri CNA certification for CNA positions (or relevant certification for HHA/PCA/DSP).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including part‑time, full‑time and PRN/fill‑in shifts.
• Commitment to delivering respectful, reliable care in clients’ homes.

Required skills

• Basic caregiving techniques for ADL support.
• Knowledge of home health safety and infection‑control practices.
