ICU Registered Nurse

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated ICU Registered Nurse to join our high‑acuity, team‑oriented inpatient unit. In this permanent, full‑time position you will provide direct, compassionate care to critically ill patients while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver direct care to ICU patients, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Perform rapid assessments, prioritize needs, and escalate care for unstable patients.
• Document complex clinical information accurately in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
• Titrate IV drips and manage acute patient stabilization.
• Collaborate with physicians, ancillary staff, and management to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Delegate tasks to nursing assistants and support staff according to scope of practice.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and treatment plans.

Required profile

• Current RN licensure with experience in an intensive care setting.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently under pressure.
• Compassionate, patient‑focused attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to engage in ongoing education and competency validation.
