HVAC Comfort Advisor

About the role

As a Residential HVAC Comfort Advisor you will guide homeowners in selecting the right comfort solutions, combining technical expertise with customer education and relationship building.

Key responsibilities

• Examine HVAC systems in residential homes and perform airflow analysis, load calculations, and infrared/static pressure measurements.
• Recommend appropriate equipment and solutions, presenting options clearly to help customers make informed decisions.
• Partner with the installation team to ensure smooth, high‑quality installations and a superior customer experience.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior experience in residential HVAC sales.
• Ability to move equipment, work in attics or tight spaces, and handle evening/weekend calls.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar customer service software (preferred).
• Technical knowledge of HVAC system analysis, airflow analysis, load calculations, and infrared/static pressure measurements.
