Human Resources Recruiter

About the role

The Human Resources Recruiter at T. Parker Host will lead full‑cycle recruiting for both exempt and non‑exempt positions while supporting broader HR initiatives across assigned regions. This role partners closely with operations and leadership to attract, onboard, and retain talent that aligns with the company’s core principles.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruiting efforts, from sourcing to offer extension.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and workforce plans.
• Source candidates through career fairs, community events, online platforms, and networking.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate background checks, assessments, and reference checks.
• Manage internal transfers, promotions, and pre‑employment processes.
• Conduct new‑hire orientation and ensure seamless onboarding.
• Support employee engagement, retention, and performance management initiatives.
• Administer HR policies, procedures, and employee relations support.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in full‑cycle recruiting for a variety of roles.
• Strong partnership skills with hiring managers and operational teams.
