Human Resources Manager

About the role

KREWE is seeking a proactive Human Resources Manager to lead the full employee lifecycle for its New Orleans headquarters. You will partner with the People team to shape HR policies, support retail operations, and ensure a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead payroll and benefits administration for full‑time, part‑time, hourly and salaried staff.
• Serve as the HRIS subject‑matter expert, maintaining accurate employee data and a smooth user experience.
• Manage onboarding, employee relations, grievance handling, and off‑boarding processes.
• Maintain relationships with external vendors, including insurance administrators.
• Design, develop, and implement contemporary HR policies and procedures.
• Provide HR business‑partner support to retail locations, recruiting store‑level positions and advising leadership on people matters.
