Human Resources Generalist

About the role

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to support the day-to-day operations of its Human Resources department. The role is a key contributor in employee onboarding and learning, hiring, employee relations and benefits administration, with a focus on being an employer of choice. The position is listed as hybrid.

• Support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department

Required profile

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• At least 3 years of progressive HR experience; experience in a fast-paced, professional team environment preferred
• Demonstrated experience in talent management, employee relations and organizational development
• HR certification (e.g. SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus

Required skills

• Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
