Human Resources Generalist

About the role

The Human Resources Generalist will support the Dallas corporate office by delivering end‑to‑end HR services, from talent acquisition to employee engagement. This role partners with HR Business Partners and the Corporate HR Manager to ensure smooth HR operations across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates, review resumes, and explore new advertising channels to support recruiting efforts.
• Design and deliver new‑hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
• Administer HR programs including compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary actions, investigations, performance management, and training.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws; recommend best practices and update policies.
• Support HR Business Partners in regional recruiting and talent management initiatives.
• Assist with shared services such as benefits administration, risk management, and HRIS platform management.
• Handle headquarters office duties including mail distribution, voicemail management, and supply ordering.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Three to five years of HR experience; SHRM‑CP or PHR certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑location environment while maintaining confidentiality.
