Human Resources Director

About the role

The Human Resources Director will lead all HR functions for Thélios USA and the Barton Perreira brand, shaping people strategy, driving talent‑centric solutions, and fostering an inclusive, high‑performance culture aligned with LVMH Group priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional HR strategies that support business growth, talent development, engagement and retention.
• Partner with the General Manager and senior leaders to provide strategic HR insights that improve efficiency and organizational effectiveness.
• Lead transformation initiatives, change‑readiness assessments and cultural integration for new subsidiaries or acquisitions.
• Oversee performance management, organizational reviews, compensation planning and ensure alignment with LVMH standards.
• Implement talent review, succession planning and career development programs to promote internal mobility across Maisons.
• Design and deliver leadership and managerial capability‑building programs.
• Manage full‑cycle recruitment to attract top talent for the eyewear and luxury sectors.
• Shape employee engagement, retention and feedback mechanisms while championing diversity and inclusion.

Required profile

• Proven senior HR leadership experience, preferably within a multinational luxury or fashion environment.
• Demonstrated ability to act as a strategic business partner to senior executives.
• Strong track record of leading organizational change and talent management initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
