Human Resources Business Partner – HR Leader

About the role

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join its growing team in Maspeth, NY. You will partner with managers and employees across multiple facilities, providing strategic HR guidance and driving people initiatives that support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and develop business partners on performance management, talent development, and leadership.
• Manage employee and labor relations, conduct initial investigations, and escalate issues as needed.
• Partner with HR Compliance to ensure adherence to company policies, federal/state laws, and collective bargaining agreements.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to track open positions, manage internal transfers, and support workforce planning.
• Act as a change agent to enable organizational growth and foster an inclusive culture.

Required profile

• Strong consulting and influencing skills with a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to interpret and enforce HR policies while providing coaching to managers.
• Experience in employee relations, talent development, and change management.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HR compliance areas such as EEO, ADA, FMLA, Workers’ Compensation, and collective bargaining.
• Familiarity with HR systems and talent acquisition processes.
