Human Resources Associate – HR Operations & Employee Experience

About the role

The Human Resources Associate will work closely with the HR team and company leaders to support onboarding, recruiting, employee experience, benefits administration, compliance, payroll support, and office operations. This position provides broad exposure across the employee lifecycle, offering hands‑on experience in multiple HR functions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for HR operations and employee‑lifecycle activities.
• Maintain HR records, documentation, and systems while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
• Coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including communications, paperwork, system access, and cross‑functional support.
• Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, 401(k) activities, audits, reporting, and employee data management.
• Support compliance efforts, policy administration, record‑keeping, and adherence to employment laws.
• Help with recruiting activities such as job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communications, and hiring coordination.
• Serve as a resource for employee questions and direct inquiries to appropriate contacts.
• Coordinate office administration, workplace operations, vendor relationships, and employee technology onboarding/off‑boarding.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, company events, and culture‑building activities.
• Prepare reports, track metrics, and maintain data accuracy.
