HR Partner – Employee Experience & Engagement

About the role

Join Amazon's People eXperience and Technology (PXT) team as an HR Partner, focusing on employee experience, engagement, and leadership development. You will work onsite at an Amazon facility, partnering with operations and PXT to create a safe, inclusive, and high‑performing workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Execute standard HR work with consistent quality, meeting service level agreements and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Provide frontline employee support, respond to inquiries, address concerns, and ensure appropriate resolution or escalation.
• Coach frontline leaders on behaviors that drive engagement, retention, and effective performance conversations.
• Support site‑level engagement, communication, and culture‑building initiatives, including logistics, feedback collection, and effectiveness monitoring.
• Track and summarize HR data such as attrition, attendance, hiring trends, and employee sentiment to prepare insights for reviews.
• Promote self‑service tools, identify recurring gaps, and help improve tool usability and adoption.

Required profile

• Strong partnership building skills with the ability to influence without authority.
• Sound judgment and a customer‑centric approach to handling sensitive employee information.
• Ability to balance standard work execution with proactive issue resolution.
• Comfortable working onsite in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment.
