HR Generalist

About the role

The HR Generalist will support LOEWE’s retail and corporate teams across the United States and Canada. This role partners with employees and managers to deliver consistent HR services, fostering a positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and workplace issues.
• Conduct impartial investigations into complaints, policy violations, and other workplace matters.
• Provide guidance on company policies, performance management, and employee relations.
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of all employee relations activities.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies.
• Educate managers and staff on HR policies, compliance requirements, and best practices.
• Support leave of absence, accommodation, and return‑to‑work processes.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition to deliver a seamless employee experience.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in employee relations and generalist HR practices.
• Knowledge of U.S. and Canadian employment legislation.
• Experience conducting investigations and handling confidential matters.
• Ability to communicate HR policies clearly to diverse audiences.
• Proven track record supporting recruitment and onboarding processes.
