HR Business Partner – North America

About the role

The HR Business Partner, North America, will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees across Retail, Wholesale, and Regional Support Functions as well as Headquarters. Based in New York City, the role supports the execution of HR initiatives, ensures policy consistency, and enhances employee experience throughout the region.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with managers and staff across North America.
• Provide day‑to‑day HR guidance on employee relations, performance management, and workforce challenges.
• Execute HR programs and processes that align with business objectives and improve employee engagement.
• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
• Support workforce planning, internal mobility, and talent development initiatives.
• Serve as primary contact for routine employee‑relations matters and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
• Partner with the HR Director to implement strategic people initiatives and drive operational excellence.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR advisory role.
• Strong knowledge of employee‑relations practices, recruitment processes, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
