HR Associate

About the role

The HR Associate supports a broad range of HR programs and day‑to‑day activities, providing a helpful experience for employees and serving as a resource for managers. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Irvine, CA.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily HR operations, evaluate employee questions, and provide guidance within company policies.
• Assist with talent acquisition, including posting positions and coordinating pre‑hiring processes.
• Facilitate new‑hire onboarding and employee off‑boarding, preparing materials and coordinating logistics.
• Maintain HR systems, employee records, and reporting, identifying discrepancies and recommending improvements.
• Help with benefits administration, employee communications, and enrollment activities.
• Support employee relations, policy development, engagement initiatives, and HR communications.
• Assist with payroll preparation, timekeeping system administration, and leave of absence tracking.

Required profile

• B.A. degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–3 years of professional work experience; early‑career HR candidates are welcome.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize multiple priorities, handle confidential information, and exercise sound judgment.
