Senior Human Resources Recruiter

About the role

The Senior Human Resources Recruiter will work remotely to support D-Trans’s headquarters in Venice, Florida. This full‑time position manages end‑to‑end recruitment for professional and operational roles across the logistics and transportation business.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and create job descriptions.
• Source, screen, interview candidates and coordinate offers for positions such as dispatchers, logistics coordinators, drivers and support staff.
• Maintain talent pipelines, recruiting records and hiring metrics while improving recruitment processes and employer branding.

Required profile

• Proven full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in transportation, logistics or a similarly regulated industry.
• Experience recruiting for U.S. companies; international recruiting is a plus.
• Excellent spoken and written English and ability to conduct professional interviews.
• Strong organization, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.

Required skills

• Advanced sourcing using LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks and direct outreach.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms and recruiting reporting tools.
