Houseperson – Resort Housekeeping Support

About the role

The Houseperson supports the housekeeping team by preparing guest units for cleaning after departure, ensuring efficiency and high‑quality standards throughout the resort.

Key responsibilities

• Provide housekeeping throughout the resort to maintain a clean environment for guests.
• Assist the team with supplies, deliver linen, paper products and amenities, strip and make beds, and help with cleaning as needed.
• Remove trash from units and public areas.
• Coordinate and create linen and amenities bags.
• Receive, sort, fold, and collect soiled linen.
• Organize, clean, and maintain stock levels in department storage areas according to safety and cleanliness standards.
• Deliver requested items to guest units such as irons, coffee, paper products, and kitchen utensils.

Required profile

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with employees, guests, and owners.
• Capability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Professional appearance and a positive, team‑focused attitude.
• Valid driver’s license.
