About the role

The Westin at Frenchman's Reef is seeking a seasoned hospitality professional to lead its catering and conference services. This senior position will shape unforgettable events in a luxury Caribbean resort setting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for catering and conference services.
• Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of meetings, conferences, and social events.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
• Lead and mentor a team of event professionals.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience in catering and conference services management, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with event planning software and technology.
• Detail‑oriented organizational skills.
