About the role

The Andaz Miami Beach Resort & Spa is seeking enthusiastic Housepersons to help maintain a clean and welcoming environment for guests. Working on a vibrant, art‑deco property, you will support the housekeeping team in daily operations and ensure all public and guest areas meet the brand’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and transport soiled linen from guest rooms and poolside areas to the laundry.
• Receive, stock, and organize linen supplies on each floor.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, refill guest amenity par stocks, and assist with heavy‑lifting tasks.
• Strip beds of soiled linens when requested by housekeepers.
• Remove trash from guest rooms, public spaces, and service areas.
• Clean all designated public areas following standard operating procedures.
• Report missing, damaged, or misplaced items to supervisors.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by housekeeping leadership.

Required profile

• High school diploma or a hospitality‑related trade certificate.
• Previous experience in guest service or housekeeping, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and products.
• Professional, friendly, and welcoming demeanor toward guests and colleagues.
