Housekeeping Supervisor – Spokane

About the role

The Housekeeping Supervisor leads the daily housekeeping operations at our Spokane hotel, ensuring rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. This role combines hands‑on cleaning duties with team leadership and coordination across departments.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule housekeeping staff to maintain consistent cleaning quality.
• Conduct inspections of public spaces and randomly selected rooms, performing spot‑checks and deep‑cleaning as needed.
• Submit maintenance requests and coordinate promptly with the Maintenance, Front Desk, and Bistro teams.
• Maintain accurate lost‑and‑found records and manage supply issuance.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing on‑the‑job coaching.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local, food‑safety and sanitation regulations.

• Proven ability to lead a team in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across multiple hotel departments.
• Ability to identify and report maintenance issues quickly.
