Housekeeping Manager

About the role

The Housekeeping Manager will lead housekeeping operations at the AC Hotel Arlington National Landing, ensuring guest service, quality, and sustainability standards are met. This role offers a clear growth path toward Executive Housekeeper, Operations Manager, and Assistant General Manager positions.

Key responsibilities

• Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates to meet brand standards and HHM core values.
• Observe and monitor staff performance, ensuring efficient operations and policy compliance.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas and grounds for cleanliness, appearance and safety.
• Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and communicate service scores for improvement.
• Prepare schedules based on occupancy, assign duties, manage inventory and submit orders.
• Maintain departmental expenses within budget and ensure compliance with brand and sustainability guidelines.
• Follow safety standards, participate in safety committees, and perform other duties as requested by management.

Required profile

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least one year of housekeeping supervisor experience.
