Housekeeper - Wyndham Grand Pittsburgh

Key responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation
• Make beds, change linens and restock room amenities and supplies
• Clean bathrooms, vacuum carpets, dust surfaces and sanitize guest room areas
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as hallways and common spaces
• Perform deep cleaning and periodic maintenance tasks such as filter care and touch-up cleaning
• Operate and maintain housekeeping equipment and carts, keeping them stocked and organised
• Respond quickly to guest requests and deliver items with friendly service
• Report maintenance issues and room deficiencies to management
• Follow safety, sanitation and hotel operational standards, handle guest belongings securely and report lost and found items
• Work efficiently to meet daily room quotas and collaborate with team members

Required profile

• Prior housekeeping or hotel experience preferred (not required)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Reliable and able to maintain productivity standards
