Housekeeper – Tower 701 Student Living

About the role

The Housekeeper for Tower 701 Student Living is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of vacant apartments, leasing office, clubhouse, common‑area restrooms, model units and other amenities to keep the property market‑ready.

Key responsibilities

• Clean the leasing office, clubhouse, common‑area restrooms, model units, amenities and vacant apartments daily or as directed.
• Freshen vacant apartments and show units throughout the day to maintain market‑ready appeal.
• Assist the make‑ready process by performing additional duties requested by managers or supervisors.
• Report any observed hazards or potentially dangerous situations to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify the supervisor when re‑order is needed.
• Operate a golf cart on the property as required (requires a valid driver’s license).

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to perform cleaning tasks and follow directions from supervisors.
• Attention to safety and ability to identify hazards.
