Housekeeper - Riverwalk

About the role

Greystar, a global real estate platform focused on institutional-quality rental housing, is hiring a housekeeper for its Riverwalk community. The role keeps vacant apartment homes, the leasing office and other amenities clean and well presented so the property stays appealing.

Key responsibilities

• Clean the leasing office, clubhouse, common-area restrooms, model units, amenities and vacant apartment homes daily or as directed by the supervisor.
• Keep vacant homes and show units freshened throughout the day to stay market ready.
• Help with make-ready by doing extra tasks asked of by the Service Manager, Community Manager and/or Assistant Manager.
• Report hazards or dangerous situations to the supervisor.
• Keep an inventory of cleaning supplies and tell the supervisor when a reorder is needed.

Required profile

• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Able to stand, walk or sit for long periods, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects and crawl in confined spaces.
• Able to work indoors and outdoors in all weather and to lift up to 25 pounds alone and 50 pounds with help.
• Rare or regular travel to other properties or training may be required.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including call duty on evenings, weekends and holidays.

What we offer

• Hourly pay of $19.00 - $21.00, depending on experience, skills and location.
