Hotel General Manager – New Fairfield Inn & Suites

About the role

The Hotel General Manager will lead the brand‑new Fairfield Inn & Suites in Bethlehem, GA, slated to open in July 2026. Reporting to Monaco Hospitality’s executive team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving operational excellence and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage services.
• Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial results, and implement cost‑control measures.
• Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards, quality assurance protocols, and local regulations.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a diverse team to achieve service and performance targets.
• Design and execute business strategies to meet occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction goals.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of general or business management experience in a hotel environment.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a proven track record of creating memorable guest experiences.
• Experience in budgeting, financial management, and strategic planning.
• Knowledge of Marriott brand standards is preferred.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Bilingual proficiency is essential.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
