About the role

The Host greets and escorts guests to their restaurant tables, ensuring a welcoming experience that aligns with the hotel's service and sustainability standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Meet and greet guests, offer seating choices, escort to dining tables and present menus.
  • Maintain daily log entries to coordinate communication between shifts and management.
  • Set up the dining room properly and assist with service as needed.
  • Handle reservations and special function arrangements.
  • Follow HHM’s EarthView sustainability guidelines.
  • Practice safe work habits and comply with MSDS and OSHA standards.
  • Perform other duties as requested by management.

Required profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
