About the role
The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences is seeking an Arkansas Hospice Worker to join its Care Management team. This position is a patient‑care contractor role focused on providing compassionate hospice services to patients and families.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver hospice care and support to patients in accordance with Arkansas Hospice standards.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Document patient interactions, assessments, and care activities accurately.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, vaccination, and legal work‑authorization requirements.
Required profile
- Must meet the qualifications specified by Arkansas Hospice.
- Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
- Fully vaccinated against Covid‑19 or hold an approved medical or religious exemption.
