Home Physical Therapist (PRN)

About the role

Luna is a tech-enabled in-home physical therapy platform founded in 2018, partnering with health systems such as Emory Health, Powerback, HopCo, Providence, Evergreen, Scripps, UCLA and AARP. It offers physical therapists flexible, part-time or PRN work treating patients in their own homes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one outpatient physical therapy in patients' homes, treating each patient through their full plan of care.
• Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments.
• Set your own availability; Luna matches you with nearby patients within a maximum 30-minute drive (about 12 minutes on average).
• Complete documentation in 3-5 minutes using the Luna app, with no OASIS or start-of-care paperwork.

Required profile

• Active, state-specific physical therapy license.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Liability insurance.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
