About the role
The Wisdom Teeth Guys are seeking a bilingual Assistant Surgery Manager to support our oral surgery team across multiple DFW locations. You will split time between assisting with extractions, leading a team of assistants, and handling front‑office duties.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with dental extractions and supervise assistant staff during surgery days (1‑3 days per week at Arlington, Irving, Richardson, and Fort Worth locations).
- Perform administrative tasks on non‑surgery days, such as preparing patient charts, making pre‑op phone calls, and other front‑office duties.
Required profile
- Registered Dental Assistant with 1‑2 years of experience.
- Fluent in Spanish.
- Fun personality, strong leadership, and highly organized.
