About the role

Luna is a tech-enabled in-home physical therapy platform founded in 2018, connecting licensed physical therapists with patients who need care at home. It offers flexible, part-time work where you set your own availability and treat one patient per visit.

Key responsibilities

Provide one-on-one outpatient physical therapy in patients' homes, following each patient's full plan of care
Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments
Matched with nearby patients within a maximum 30-minute drive (about 12 minutes on average)
Complete documentation in 3-5 minutes using the Luna app, with no OASIS or start-of-care paperwork

Required profile

Active, state-specific physical therapy license
Reliable personal transportation
Liability insurance
Current CPR/BLS certification
