Home Health Physical Therapist – Full‑Time

About the role

Join BAYADA Home Health Care as a full‑time Physical Therapist providing compassionate, one‑on‑one care to patients in the comfort of their own homes across Anderson, MO and surrounding areas. This position offers a $30,000 retention bonus for full‑time hires.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to client homes within a designated geographic territory to assess and treat patients recovering from injury, illness, surgery, or hospitalization.
• Perform diagnostic tests, range‑of‑motion measurements, strength and balance assessments, and safety evaluations.
• Develop and adjust individualized care plans that include manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and wound‑prevention interventions.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on rehabilitative activities to promote independence and safety.
• Document all observations, interventions, and evaluations using a tablet‑based system.

Required profile

• Active and current Physical Therapist license.
• At least one year of clinical experience (preferred).
• Willingness to travel locally to assigned cases.
