BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Certified Home Health Aide to provide one‑on‑one care for a client in Middlesex County. The position offers consistent weekend afternoon hours and the chance to build a meaningful connection while helping the client stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Support the client’s safety, comfort, and mobility in the home.
• Follow an individualized care plan and observe changes in condition.
• Communicate professionally with BAYADA’s clinical and office teams.
• Create a positive, respectful, and supportive care environment.

Required profile

• Active New Jersey Home Health Aide certification.
• Reliable, professional, and committed to consistent care.
• Compassionate and patient‑centered approach.
• Experience with personal care and transfers, or willingness to learn.
