About the role
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to provide in‑home care for elderly clients in the Philadelphia area. You will support daily living activities, ensure a safe environment, and help maintain the health and well‑being of each client.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and oral feeding.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks including laundry, meal preparation, and bed making.
- Support range of motion exercises, transfers, and use of mechanical lifting devices.
- Check vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration) and assist with medication administration.
- Help clients with ambulation and provide overall home management support.
