About the role
Join BAYADA as a Home Health Aide (HHA) providing personal care, household support, and companionship to adults in Sanford and surrounding counties. You will follow a nurse‑written care plan to help clients stay safe, independent, and comfortable at home.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
- Provide household support including light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
- Prepare meals, feed clients, and remind them about medication.
- Support range‑of‑motion exercises and ambulation, using mechanical lifting devices when needed.
Required profile
- HHA Certificate (75 hours) or CNA license.
- Current CPR certification from an in‑person class.
- At least one year of work experience in any industry.
- Level 2 background check through AHCA.
- Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.
